We provide free delivery within selected areas of Kathmandu Valley on eligible orders. Delivery charges may apply for out of valley locations and product size.
- Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All Furniture Hub products are covered by a standard warranty that protects you against manufacturing defects. The warranty period depends on the product category.
- What is the exchange notice period?
Furniture Hub provides its customers with a 7 day period for exchange. You can request an exchange after receiving your item, as long as the product is unused, and undamaged.
- Is there any return/refund policy?
At Furniture Hub, we offer exchanges but do not provide refunds for sold goods; however, the product must be in its original, undamaged condition, returned within 7 days of purchase, and accompanied by all original packaging and accessories. Custom-made or clearance items and personalized furniture are not eligible for exchange, and customers are responsible for returning costs unless a product arrives damaged or defective. We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction and are ready to assist with any questions or concerns you may have about your purchase.
- What if I don’t like the product once it arrives?
We’re confident you will like your product but just in case, we have an Exchange policy. If you are unhappy, simply contact us to arrange for exchange of products. A small transportation or handling charge may apply.

- What is Furniture Hub and how long have you been in business?Furniture Hub is Nepal's largest furniture manufacturer and retailer, founded by Lokendra Badu and Rajendra Badu. We began our online presence in 2014 and were officially registered in April 2016. Our factory at Balaju Industrial Area uses European-standard automated machinery alongside skilled Nepali craftsmen to manufacture furniture sold directly to customers - no middleman markup.
- What are your showroom opening hours?Our showroom at Chappal Karkhana Chowk, Kathmandu is open Everyday from Sunday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. For holiday schedules,check our Facebook page or call us directly.
- Do you have a physical store?Yes. Our main showroom is at Chappal Karkhana Chowk, Kathmandu, where you can browse our full furniture collection across all categories. Our manufacturing factory is at Balaju Industrial Area, Kathmandu. Factory visits can be arranged for bulk and corporate clients.

- What payment methods do you accept?We accept Khalti, ConnectIPS, QR payment, Mastercard, and cash on delivery for eligible orders. All online payments are processed securely through furniturehub.com.np.
- Do you offer customisation and interior design services?Yes. Since we manufacture in-house at Balaju, we offer full customisation on most products - dimensions, fabric, colour, and finish. Our interior design team also provides end-to-end services including on-site measurement, space planning, 2D plans, 3D visualisations, furniture selection, and installation for homes and offices across Nepal.
- Do you handle bulk or corporate orders?Yes. We supply bulk furniture for corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, schools, and institutions across Nepal. Custom sizing, finishes, and branding options are available. We have been the official furniture partner for events including KIMFF, Celebrity Kitchen Nepal, and Poet Idol Season 2. - Do you provide installation services?Yes. Free on-site assembly and installation is provided for all furniture purchased from Furniture Hub within the Kathmandu Valley. Our trained team handles everything on delivery day.
- What are your delivery charges?Delivery within the Kathmandu Valley is free for most orders. For deliveries outside the Valley - including Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal, Biratnagar, and other cities - charges vary by distance and order size. Exact charges are shown at checkout or contact us for a quote.
- Do you deliver furniture outside Kathmandu?Yes. We deliver across Nepal including Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal, Biratnagar, Birgunj, and other major cities. Delivery timelines and charges vary by location - check at checkout or contact us.
- Do your products come with a warranty?Yes. All Furniture Hub furniture carries a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects and frame integrity. Premium mattresses carry up to a 5-year warranty. As a direct manufacturer, all warranty claims are handled in-house at our Kathmandu facility - no third-party service centres.
- What is the exchange notice period?Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original, undamaged condition with all original packaging. Custom-made and clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
- Is there a return or refund policy?Furniture Hub offers exchanges but does not provide cash refunds on sold goods. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we arrange return and replacement at no cost to you. For all other cases, exchanges are accepted within 7 days in original condition.

- What is the price of a sofa in Nepal?Sofa prices at Furniture Hub start from NPR 15,000 for a basic 2-seater fabric sofa and go up to NPR 2,50,000 for a premium Royal Handcarved sofa. The starting price for a fabric sofa is NPR 15,000 per seat, Rexine sofa NPR 12,000 per seat, Wooden Sofa NPR 25,000, Royal Sofa NPR 45,000 per seat. As a direct manufacturer, our prices are typically 20–30% lower than showrooms selling imported brands.
- What materials are used in Furniture Hub sofas?Our sofas are built with solid wood frames manufactured at our Balaju Industrial Area factory, upholstered in premium fabrics, rexine, and genuine Sisau wood options. All frames are structurally tested for durability before leaving the factory.
- What sofa styles does Furniture Hub offer?We manufacture L-shaped sectional sofas, 2-seater and 3-seater sofas, corner sofas, diwan sofas, chesterfield sofas, recliner sofas, and sofa-cum-beds. Both modern and traditional carved designs are available.
- What sofa material is best for Nepal's climate?High-grade woven polyester or cotton-blend fabric is the most practical sofa material for Nepal's climate. It breathes in summer, resists humidity during monsoon, and is easy to clean. Leatherette is ideal if you have children or pets and is very easy to wipe clean. Rexine requires conditioning in the dry season to prevent cracking. Avoid velvet in high-humidity rooms as it can absorb moisture and develop odour during monsoon.
- How do I choose the right sofa size for my living room?For standard Kathmandu apartments with a living room of 10–14 feet width, a 3-seater sofa (around 200–220 cm wide) or a compact L-shape (200 x 150 cm) fits comfortably. Always leave at least 45–60 cm of clearance between the sofa and the coffee table or opposite wall. For very compact rooms under 10 feet wide, a 2-seater or loveseat (160–175 cm) works best. - Do you offer custom sofa designs in Nepal?Yes. As a Kathmandu-based manufacturer we offer fully customisable sofas - choose your fabric, dimensions, leg finish, and style. Our wooden bed frames are crafted from premium solid wood including Sisau (Indian Rosewood) and imported hardwoods, manufactured in-house at our Balaju factory for consistent quality and durability. - Do you sell royal carved beds in Nepal?Yes. Hand-carved royal beds are one of our most popular product lines. We manufacture them in-house with intricate wood carving work, available in multiple sizes and fabric headboard options.

- What mattress size fits a queen or king bed?A standard queen bed in Nepal measures 152 x 190 cm (60 x 75 inches). A king bed measures 183 x 190 cm (72 x 75 inches). - What dining table size is right for my room?For a dining room of 10 x 12 feet, a 6-seater rectangular table of 160 x 90 cm fits well with space to pull chairs out. For smaller kitchens, a 4-seater table (120 x 75 cm) is more practical. If you entertain frequently, an extendable table - which seats 6 normally and extends to 8 is the most versatile option. Always leave at least 90 cm of clearance around the table for chair movement.
- How many chairs come with your dining sets?We offer dining sets in 4-chair, 6-chair, and 8-chair configurations. Dining tables and chairs are also sold separately so you can mix and match as needed.

- How long does a modular kitchen take to manufacture and install?A standard modular kitchen takes 3–5 weeks from measurement to installation depending on the size and complexity. Our team visits your home first for measurements, then provides a 3D design for your approval before manufacturing begins.

- Do you sell complete living room furniture sets?Yes. We offer curated living room packages that include a sofa, coffee table, and TV unit at a bundled price. Custom configurations are also available.
- What types of TV units does Furniture Hub manufacture?We manufacture wall-mounted floating TV panels, minimalist TV cabinets, and large entertainment centres with storage and display shelving - in modern, classic, and carved designs.
- What size TV unit do I need for my television?As a general rule, your TV unit should be at least as wide as your TV. For a 55-inch TV (approximately 123 cm wide), a TV unit of 140–160 cm works well. For a 65-inch TV (approximately 145 cm wide), a unit of 160–180 cm is ideal.
